Justin
Talbot
Justin is Managing Director and Founder of Visa Advice UK and has significant experience and knowledge in the immigration field.
He has worked in various immigration and compliance roles at London Universities for nearly 15 years, giving him vast experience in the education sector. He is registered at the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) to Level 1.
He specialises in assisting clients in making visa applications under different immigration categories, these include (but are not limited to): Student; Skilled Worker; Temporary Worker; EU Settlement; Indefinite Leave to Remain; Global Talent; Start-Up; and Family permits.
Justin has extensive experience of assisting organisations in preparing for Home Office audits in addition to devising processes and policies to help sponsors manage their Sponsor Licenses. As an experienced leader and advisor, you will get a holistic service from Justin.
Kayley
Darby-Philpotts
Kayley is a practicing Solicitor and has worked for top UK universities and large not-for-profit organisations where she held responsibility for Legal Services, the Immigration Advisory Service, and Governance Services. She is also Managing Director and co-Founder of Visa Advice UK.
For nearly 15 years she has extensively provided and supervised immigration advice and this has involved a significant amount of experience liaising with the Home Office and other agencies. She initially focused on immigration in her career and then qualified as a Solicitor and operates under the OISC regime for Visa Advice UK.
Kayley has also managed sponsor licences for previous employers and overseen successful Home Office audits of the same. A proven strategic and operational manager, Kayley has a substantial amount of experience managing, designing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with sponsor duties.
Kayley also has a great deal of experience providing legal advice (about immigration matters and a wide range of other legal issues) so you will get a rounded advisory experience from Kayley.
